Berry Cookies-and-Cream Ice Cream Pie |

Ingredients:
2 pints raspberry sorbet, slightly softened |
3 1.34-oz. cookies-and-cream white chocolate bars, such as dove, chopped |
1 9-inch oreo pie crust, or a homemade chocolate cookie crust |
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup |
3/4 cup heavy cream |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 cup raspberries |
Directions:
1. Spoon sorbet into a bowl; fold in white chocolate. Spread in crust; drizzle with chocolate syrup. Freeze until firm, at least 1 hour. 2. Just before serving, whip cream with sugar until soft peaks form. Dollop whipped cream over top of pie and garnish with berries. |
