You'll impress your guests with this. It takes a while to bake the cookies, but otherwise it's simple and a crowd pleaser. Ingredients:
1 18-ounce tube refrigerated sugar cookie dough |
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened |
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar |
1 cup cold milk |
1 3.4 ounce package instant vanilla pudding mix |
2 cups whipped topping, divided |
1 cup fresh blueberries |
1 cup fresh raspberries |
8 milano cookies (pepperidge farms) |
Directions:
1. Divide the dough into 3 portions. 2. Cover and chill 2 portions. 3. On a floured surface, roll remaining dough into a 9-inch circle, about 1/8-inch thick. 4. Transfer to an ungreased baking sheet. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 6-9 minutes, or until Lightly Browned. 6. Cool for 2 minutes. 7. Carefully remove to a wire rack to throughly cool. 8. REPEAT WITH THE OTHER 2 POTIONS OF DOUGH. 9. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar. 10. In a bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes.. 11. Beat into cream cheese mixture. 12. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. 13. Cover and chill for 20 minutes. 14. Place one cookie layer on a serving plate. 15. Top with 3/4 cup pudding mixture and 1/3 cup each of the blueberries and raspberries. 16. REPEAT. 17. Top with remaining cookie layer, spread with 1/2 pudding mixture. 18. Pipe remaining whipped topping and pudding mixture over the top. 19. Garnish with Milano Cookies and remaining berries. 20. Serve Immediately. |
