You will draw in fans to this dessert before it is even served. It smells wonderful while baking. This is an easy, simple crowd pleaser. One ramekin dish serves at least two people in my opinion. Ingredients:
2 bags (12 oz. each) frozen mixed berries, thawed |
1 container (21 oz.) apple pie filling |
1/3 cup granulated sugar |
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon |
1 roll of sugar cookie dough |
vanilla ice cream |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 2. In large bowl, mix berries, apple pie filling, sugar and cinnamon. 3. Transfer fruit mixture to 4 ramekin dishes. 4. Crumble cookie dough (like take little chunks as best you can) over fruit, covering completely. 5. Sprinkle some sugar and cinnamon on top of cookie dough. 6. Bake uncovered until cookie crust is golden crisp and juice are bubbling. 7. *Watch for the middle to be done before taking it out of the oven. 8. Serve warm with ice cream. |
