This is a delicious and easy smoothie. The color is even beautiful. I use a frozen four berry blend that has strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries. I also use an older blender and found that if I put the liquid in first and start it on HIGH and switch it to MEDIUM for a few seconds and then back to HIGH it gets all the fruit evenly pureed. Hope you enjoy! Ingredients:
1/2 cup apple juice |
8 ounces low-fat cherry vanilla yogurt |
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries |
1/2 banana, cut into chunks |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in order suggested into blender. Blend on high until smooth. |
