There is a lot of protein and calcium in this delicious low fat version of my favorite dessert. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups frozen berries or 1 1/2 cups cherries |
1 cup nonfat cottage cheese |
1/2 cup nonfat milk |
Directions:
1. Process all ingredients in your blender until completely smooth and creamy. 2. Drink slowly and enjoy. |
