I have not tried this recipe. I got it from Everyday Health. Ingredients:
2 ounces fat free cream cheese |
1/4 cup low-fat ricotta cheese |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1/4 teaspoon orange peel |
2 teaspoons orange juice |
1 1/2 cups raspberries |
2 gingersnap cookies |
Directions:
1. In a medium mixing bowl combine cream cheese, ricotta cheese, sugar, orange peel, and orange juice. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours. 2. To serve, spoon the fruit into dessert dishes. Top with the cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with the broken cookies. |
