Perfect for breakfast, after school or workout snack, or as a meal replacement. Ideal for kids and teens who need something substantial to get them through late evening practices & tie them over until dinner! Ingredients:
1 cup ice |
1 cup water |
1 cup frozen mixed berries |
1 scoop whey protein, mix vanilla |
1 cup packed raw spinach (or more if you can get away with it!) |
1/2 cup greek plain yogurt |
1 ripe banana |
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds |
1 tablespoon wheat germ (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until well mixed. The banana and whey protein mix add the perfect amount of sweetness! |
