A delicious and berry delicious smoothie. Ingredients:
1 cup plain soymilk |
1 1/2 cups raspberries |
1 cup blueberries |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 tablespoon maple syrup |
1 tablespoon ground flax seed |
Directions:
1. Mix six ice cubes with the first two ingredients. Blend the remaining ingredients with the first mixture until desired consistency. |
