A smoothie recipe that I came up with experimenting with our new blender and our picky tastes. We wanted something healthier than our normal breakfasts. I'm sure you could use just about any juice or fruit you like, and fresh fruit would probably taste better and be healthier. We chose that one because it's 100% Juice and for the antioxidants. Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen blueberries |
1/2 cup frozen blackberrie |
1/4 cup frozen strawberries |
2/3 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt |
1 cup pomegranate-blueberry juice |
8 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. combine all in blender, mix until desired thickness. |
