This is a healthy, thick and delicious smoothie that goes great as a breakfast, snack or even dessert! It has a delicious and very thick texture, and servings can be easily altered to meet your demand. This smoothie packs in protein, calcium, fiber and antioxidants with a delicious taste and satisfying thickness. Yummy! Note: The plain greek yogurt is packed with protein at about 15 grams for every 6 ounces, with much less sugar and calories then regular yogurt and no fat, along with a thick and creamy texture. However, if you cant find this delicious stuff, any other yogurt can also be used. Note: If your looking to cut down on calories, omit the banana. Ingredients:
1/2 banana, frozen |
1/4 cup frozen blackberrie |
1/4 cup frozen blueberries |
1/4 cup greek plain yogurt |
1/4 cup skim milk |
1 teaspoon artificial sweetener |
