Ingredients:
2 cups fresh blueberries |
2 cups chopped fresh strawberries |
2 bananas, chopped |
2 cups frozen vanilla yogurt |
1 cup milk |
1/2 cup ice |
3 teaspoons freshly chopped mint leaves |
honey, optional |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients, except the honey, in a blender and blend until smooth. Honey maybe added, if you like it sweeter. Serve immediately in chilled glasses. |
