                    I got this from Redbook magazine. It makes a very healthy and refreshing drink. It is one of my kids' favorite smoothie recipes. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1/2 cup pomegranate juice or 1/2 cup cranberry juice  |  
                                                2 (6 ounce) containers mixed berry yogurt  |  
                                                2 large ripe bananas, sliced  |  
                                                1 (12 ounce) bag frozen mixed berries  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. In a blender, combine all ingredients. 2. Blend until smooth.                              |
