blend of berries, banana, yogurt, and protein powder for a meal replacement
Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries (frozen, no sugar added)
1/4 cup blueberries (frozen, no sugar added)
1/2 medium banana (frozen)
1/4 cup fit and active vanilla nonfat yogurt
1 scoop protein powder
1/4 cup water (enough to get smooth consistency)
Directions:
1. place all ingredients in blender
2. blend until smooth (add more water if necessary)
