1 cup strawberries (frozen, no sugar added) |
1/4 cup blueberries (frozen, no sugar added) |
1/2 medium banana (frozen) |
1/4 cup fit and active vanilla nonfat yogurt |
1 scoop protein powder |
1/4 cup water (enough to get smooth consistency) |
Directions:
