I have been creating a line of smoothies that my kids love and would prefer over something sugary. Can use any kind of berries. Ingredients:
1 (7 ounce) container low-fat vanilla yogurt |
1/2 banana |
1/2 cup berries, rinsed |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 teaspoons honey |
1 cup ice |
Directions:
1. Place everything into a blender. 2. Blend 2 minutes or until well blended and smooth. |
