A high-fiber, high-protein drink that will get you started on your day. Ingredients:
2 eggs |
2 tablespoons flax seeds |
2 tablespoons wheat germ |
1 banana |
6 strawberries |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Blend eggs, flax seed, wheat germ honey and milk in a blender. 2. Add strawberries. 3. Break (or cut) banana into 5-6 equal pieces and add to blender. 4. If consistency is too thick, add milk. If too thin, add a few extra strawberries or another banana. |
