1/2 cup skim milk |
4 ice cubes |
1/2 cup fresh blueberries or 1/2 cup unsweetened frozen blueberries, thawed |
1 medium ripe banana, peeled |
4 ounces sugar, free fat free vanilla yogurt |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Combine milk and ice cubes in a blender, cover, and whip until icy smooth. 2. Add fruit and whip again. 3. Add yogurt, vanilla extract, and cinnamon, then blend until combined. Serve immediately. |
