You can add blueberries or halved grapes to this also. Very refreshing on a hot day! This needs to chill from 30 minutes to overnight. Ingredients:
3 cups blackberries |
3 cups strawberries, sliced |
2 cups raspberries |
1/4-1/3 cup sugar (depending on sweetness of the berries) |
2 teaspoons lemon zest |
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and let sit to let the lemon flavor soak into berries. Serve plain, with ice cream or whipping cream. |
