Ingredients:
1 cup(s) milk |
1 egg, lightly beaten |
2 tablespoon(s) sugar |
pinch salt |
1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract |
3 cup(s) fresh blueberries, raspberries and strawberries |
Directions:
1. • In a saucepan, scald milk. Combine egg and sugar in a bowl; stir in a small amount of hot milk. Return all to saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture coats a spoon, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in salt and vanilla. Chill at least 1 hour. Serve over berries. |
