Berries and Cream of Wheat |

This is a good low-carb breakfast with yummy berry flavor. Although it isn't as sweet as the store bought kind is it much healthier for you. Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk |
1 tablespoons honey |
1 teaspoons ground cinnamon |
1/4 cup strawberries |
1/4 cup blueberries |
1/4 cup raspberries |
1/4 cup slivered almonds |
1/2 cup dry cream of wheat |
1 pinch of salt |
1 tbs butter |
Directions:
1. Bring milk, salt, cinnamon, honey, and cream of wheat to a boil. 2. Reduce heat to simmer. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes or until Cream of wheat is soft. 3. Remove from heat and mix in berries, butter, and almonds. |
