This is adapted from a cocktail I had at Crown Casino in Melbourne. I tried to re-create it at home & think I made it even better than they did. Hope you enjoy! Ingredients:
6 large strawberries, hulled |
30 ml white creme de cacao |
30 ml chocolate liqueur or 30 ml chocolate schnapps |
30 ml malibu rum |
15 ml strawberry liqueur or 15 ml strawberry schnapps |
60 ml cream |
ice |
chocolate syrup, optional to line glass (optional) |
strawberry syrup, optional to line glass (optional) |
Directions:
1. Line martini glass with syrups if using.
2. Place remaining ingredients in a blender & blend until smooth.
3. Serve.
