Berried Cantaloupe With Honey Dressing |

This is an easy to prepare yet elegant dish that can just as easily be served for breakfast as well as dessert. Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt |
2 tablespoons honey |
2 teaspoons grated orange peel |
2 small cantaloupes |
2 cups raspberries |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients, mix until well blended. Cover and refrigerate. 2. Cut cantaloupe in half, remove seeds, cover and refrigerate. 3. When ready to serve, place cantaloupe halves in individual bowls, then fill the center of the cantaloupes with raspberries. 4. Drizzle with dressing. |
