Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound(s) breakfast sausage cooked |
2 cup(s) jack cheese shredded |
1 can(s) green chilies diced |
9 whole(s) eggs scrambled |
3 cup(s) milk |
3/4 teaspoon(s) oregano |
1/2 teaspoon(s) paprika |
3/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper |
1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic salt |
6-8 slice(s) white bread |
Directions:
1. scramble eggs, milk, and seasonings, set aside 2. crumbled and cook sausage until done 3. in greased casserole dish, layer bread 1st, then top with sausage, chilis, shredded cheese, pour egg mixture into dish. top with more grated cheese (cheddar). can refrige overnight, let sit at least 10 min before baking. 50min at 325. |
