Ingredients:
2 shallots or 1/2 small onion, chopped
3 tablespoons dry white wine
1/4 cup butter
2 teaspoons chopped parsley
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan reduce the wine to 1 teaspoon, cool.
2. Beat butter until soft.
3. Beat the shallots, wine, and parsley into the butter.
4. Chill, shape into balls, curls, or logs, serve.
