Ingredients:
5 pounds potatoes |
kosher for passover vegetable oil |
1 head garlic, separated into cloves |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Wash and peel potatoes, cut into wedges. Toss with oil and garlic cloves. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 1 hour, or until browned. Season with salt and pepper. |
