Recipe for 2 pan-fried chicken tacos with home-made salsa. Ingredients:
1 (100g) chicken breast, sliced |
2 tsp old el paso seasoning mix |
1/8 teaspoon cooking spray |
2 (8 ) flour tortillas |
1 tomato, diced |
1 slice onion, diced |
2 tbsp jalapeno peppers , diced |
2 tsp cilantro, diced |
1/2 tsp lime juice |
1/2 clove garlic, diced |
2 leaves lettuce, diced |
Directions:
1. Dice the tomato, onion, jalapeno peppers, garlic and cilantro. 2. Mix in a bowl and add lime juice. 3. Slice the chicken breast into strips and roll in the taco seasoning mix. 4. Spray a non-stick pan with the cooking spray and fry the chicken. 5. Warm the tortillas in the pan after wiping it, then add half of the chicken some diced lettuce and a few spoonfuls of salsa to each tortilla. |
