This is a great bean dip to make for someone who doesn't think they like beans. 32 ounces refried beans |
15 1/2 ounces salsa |
1/4 ounce taco seasoning mix |
4 ounces cream cheese, soft |
14 ounces sour cream |
2 cups mexican blend cheese, shredded |
tortilla chips |
assorted fresh vegetable |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 and mix all ingredients in a large bowl except 1/2 cup of cheese. 2. Pour into casserole dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese. 3. Bake uncovered for 1 hour. 4. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables. |
