This recipe is a copycat for the delicious shrimp at Benihana's Ingredients:
5 large shrimp |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 tablespoons soya oil |
1 teaspoon garlic butter |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 dash salt |
1 dash pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat griddle to about 350 degrees. 2. Oil griddle with soybean oil. 3. Place shrimp on griddle and saute about 3 minutes on each side. 4. Add garlic butter and continue to cook for 1 to 2 minutes longer. 5. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. 6. Squeeze juice from half a lemon over the shrimp. 7. Remove from griddle. |
