This is the most popular of the Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream bases. It holds up well in a home freezer, and it's easy. From here, the sky's the limit . follow a tried and true recipe, or make up that fantasy flavor you've always dreamed of. hope it helps. Ingredients:
2 eggs |
3/4 cup sugar |
2 cups heavy cream or 2 cups whipping cream |
1 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Whisk eggs for 1 to 2 minutes, until fluffy and light.
2. Gradually whisk in sugar, then continue until fully blended, about a minute more.
3. Mix in cream and milk and whisk to blend.
