There are many spaghetti recipes in the world. But, this is the one my husband likes best. The sauce is best cooked in a crockpot. Can be served over any type of pasta. I use the McCormick's Italian-Style Seasoning Mix. We normally use spaghetti noodles. It's best to cook 1 1/2 lbs. of noodles for this amount of sauce. Ingredients:
3 3/4 lbs ground chuck |
2 (26 ounce) jars ragu old world style pasta sauce with meat |
2 (29 ounce) cans hunts tomato sauce |
2 (1 1/2 ounce) spaghetti sauce mix |
3 slices of kraft american cheese |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef and drain. 2. Combine beef, pasta sauce, tomato sauce, and spaghetti mix in large crockpot. 3. Cook on high 2 1/2 - 3 hours, adding cheese slices during the last ten minutes. |
