Believe It or Not Pork Chops

These are so easy...the recipe came from an old co-worker and I've fallen back on it many times.

Ingredients:

6 -8 pork chops

1 cup ketchup

1 cup coca-cola

1 tablespoon oil

Directions:

1. Brown chops in oil and place in a baking dish.
2. Mix coca-cola and ketchup and pour over pork chops. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
