Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
2 tablespoons onions, chopped fine |
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 dash garlic powder |
1/4 cup cornmeal |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1 1/4 teaspoons dry mustard |
1/2 cup milk |
1 egg, beaten |
1/4 cup flour |
1/4 cup fat |
1 cup canned tomato |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except flour, fat and tomatoes. 2. Make balls; roll in flour and brown in heavy pot. 3. Add tomatoes; cover and simmer 30 to 40 minutes. |
