A traditional Sudani salad. Ingredients:
1 beetroot |
2 carrots |
3 tomatoes |
1 green capsicum (pepper) |
lettuce |
4 spring onions |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
1 lemon |
1 tablespoon sesame oil |
1 pinch salt |
Directions:
1. Chop vegetables into even sized pieces and mix together. 2. Sprinkle with vinegar, lemon juice and sesame oil. 3. Add salt and toss. |
