This spread has a lovely pink color and nutty flavor. Ingredients:
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans |
1/4 cup canned beets, drained |
2 tablespoons orange juice |
Directions:
1. Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Spread between small white sandwich bread slices, and cut into shapes. |
