1 yellow beet, peeled and cut in 1/8 inch matchsticks |
1 red beet, peeled and cut in 1/8 inch matchsticks |
6 inches daikon radishes, peeled and cut in 1/8 inch matchsticks |
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil |
2 teaspoons vegetable oil |
1 teaspoon rice vinegar |
1 teaspoon sea salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, cover and let stand at least 1/2 hour. 2. Season to taste before serving. |
