Ingredients:
2 cup(s) vegetarian vegetable broth |
1 carrot chopped |
1 beet sliced |
1 potato diced |
salt and pepper to taste |
1/2 teaspoon(s) rosemary |
2 tablespoon(s) light sour cream |
Directions:
1. Combine vegetable stock and vegetables in a medium saucepan on medium-high heat. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add salt, pepper and rosemary. Stir in sour cream and serve. |
