Ingredients:
3 -4 lbs chicken |
lemon pepper |
2/3 can beer |
Directions:
1. Rinse chicken thoroughly inside and out, pat dry. 2. Sprinkle lemon pepper inside and out. 3. Heat grill, put chicken in 8x8 pan with 2/3 can beer of your choice pushed up inside chicken between its legs. 4. Close lid and go away for at least 2 hours. 5. Check and continue cooking no more than another hour. 6. Skin will be nice and crispy and meat will be so very moist. 7. Hope you like this recipe. |
