From: - 2013 For grilling season. Love cooking potatoes on the grill. Easy and quick. 30 minutes. Ingredients:
1 lb yukon gold potato, baby |
1/2 cup beer |
2 tablespoons unsalted butter |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Wash potatoes. Set up foil lined with parchment paper. 2. Place potatoes in the parchment lined foil. 3. Salt and pepper to taste. 4. Fold and crimp foil. Leave in opening on top. Pour beer into package. Crimp the top of foil package. 5. Cook package over campfire or medium-high gas grill or set near hot coals. 6. Cook potatoes until tender about 20 to 25 minutes. 7. Remove from campfire, grill or coals. Open package and top with butter. 8. Serve. |
