The simple no fuss but tates great Ingredients:
6 lbs messels |
3 cans beer (your fav type) |
3 tps garlic |
2 cups water |
3tps salt |
Directions:
1. Wash your mussels and pick out the dead ones 2. In a huge pot or a couple smaller ones pour your beer and water and galic and salt 3. bing to a boil then add your mussels 4. let them seam for 25 min 5. Cool for 5 then serve 6. you can eat them like taht or drunk into a galice butter or plain butter |
