A quick dinner roll using beer in place of yeast. Ingredients:
2 cups bisquick |
6 ounces of beer (any type) |
2 tablespoon sugar |
pinch of salt |
Directions:
1. Heat oven 425 degrees 2. Mix together bisquick, beer, sugar and salt until well blended. 3. Spoon in to a greased muffin tin 3/4 full 4. Bake 20 minutes |
