I make this a lot. It is like barbeque and very good.
Ingredients:
3 -4 lbs beef roast
brown sugar
14 ounces small bottle catsup
1 (12 ounce) can beer
Directions:
1. Put meat in roaster. 2. Pour catsup over meat then put brown sugar on top of this. 3. Pour can of beer around the roast. 4. Cover and cook for 3 hours or more.
