The light, cake-like texture of these muffins makes them different from other beer muffins I've tried. These are great with supper. Ingredients:
2 c. baking mix (like bisquick) |
1 tsp. sugar |
1 12-oz can or bottle beer |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Mix sugar and biscuit mix. Add beer. Stir until smooth. Pour into non-stick muffin pans or muffin cups lined with paper liners. 3. Bake for 12-15 minutes, 4. Remove from oven and serve. |
