Inebriated balls. Hmm. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
2 cups corn flakes |
1 egg |
12 ounces beer (divided) |
1 garlic clove |
1 onion, chopped |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
2 tablespoons salad oil |
1 (2 ounce) package onion soup mix |
1 cup water |
Directions:
1. Combine first 9 ingredients, but only half of the beer. 2. Form into small balls and brown in oil. 3. Sprinkle soup mix over meatballs and remaining beer and water. 4. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. 5. Serve or rice or noodles. |
