Red beer actually is a medium dark beer or ale. The name comes from the reddish tint it gets from aging in redwood barrels. Ingredients:
1 (12-ounce) can red beer |
1/4 cup reduced-calorie ketchup |
2 teaspoons dry mustard |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 clove garlic, crushed |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Use to marinate chicken or pork. |
