Beer Dip In-The-Crock

We like this with pretzel sticks. It's good for football weekends, and it can be adjusted to make it hotter or milder.
Ingredients:
1 cup beer
1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
2 lbs velveeta cheese (cubed)
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in the crock pot. Set on low and allow cheese to melt, stirring about once an hour. Once melted and smooth, keep crock covered to prevent drying.
2. I usually dip out small portions for each person.
