This dip talks back and has great flavors. I can't recall where I found the recipe, but it's yummy. Ingredients:
1 small onion |
1 small garlic clove |
1/2-3/4 cup beer |
1 tablespoon ketchup |
1 tablespoon mayonnaise |
1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated |
1/2 lb jalapeno jack cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Place onion and garlic in food processor. Process until finely chopped. 2. Add 1/2 cup beer, ketchup, and mayonnaise. 3. Process and add cheeses and process until smooth. 4. For a smoother consistency, add remaining beer and process. 5. Refrigerate 1 week to blend flavors. |
