Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) butter |
1 cup(s) flour |
2 can(s) chicken broth |
2 can(s) water |
1 1/2 cup(s) half-and-half |
16 ounce(s) cheese whiz |
7 ounce(s) beer |
1 teaspoon(s) worchestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in flour, heat for 2 mins. Add broth and cream. Gradually mix until smooth and thick. Add cheese, beer and worcestershire. Stir and simmer in crock pot for 3 hours on medium heat. |
