Try this recipe on a wintry night! Ingredients:
1 (14.5 oz) can of chicken broth |
5 oz of shredded cheddar cheese |
5 oz of shredded monterey jack cheese |
1/2 c. of grated parmesan cheese |
1 (12 fluid oz) can or bottle beer |
3/4 c. of butter |
1/2 c. of diced celery |
1/2 c. of diced carrots |
1/2 c. of diced onion |
3/4 c.of all-purpose flour |
1/2 tsp. of ground dry mustard |
Directions:
1. First you want to melt some butter over medium flame. 2. Then add in the celery, carrots, and the onion until tender. 3. Then add in your flour, mustard to veggies. 4. Next you can pour in broth stirring until thick. 5. Of course you want to blend this in your blender until smooth. 6. Pouring back into pot and began pouring in the cheeses and beer. 7. Let this melt completly. 8. Ladle and serve! |
