Chilly night, a friend, a fireplace and a fondue....how romantic is that!!! Ingredients:
ingredients |
1 tbsp. butter |
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch |
1/2 tsp. mustard |
1 c. beer |
1 lb. monterey jack cheese, cubed |
Directions:
1. Combine butter and cornstarch until smooth in a fondue pot. Add mustard and beer and heat, stirring constantly until thick and remove from heat. Add cheese and return to heat. Continue heating until all cheese is melted. |
