This is so tasty and you can't stop eating it. My friend served this, a recipe she got from the All Recipes site. All the flavors blend so nicely. Ingredients:
2, 8 oz pkgs cream cheese softened at room temperature |
1/3 cup beer- any kind or non alcoholic beer |
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix |
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese ( 8 oz bar ) |
pretzels, chips, cut up fresh veges |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl beat the cream cheese, beer, dressing mix until smooth 2. Stir in the cheese 3. Serve room temp but refrigerate leftovers 4. Makes about 3 1/2 cups |
