These ol' Cabbage Patch ladies even liked their beer. Ingredients:
2 pounds good snappy cheese (honest to god, that's what it says!) |
2 cloves garlic minced |
1/2 medium size onion |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce |
salt to taste |
1 bottle stale beer or less (to taste) |
Directions:
1. Grind cheese with garlic and onion. 2. To make stale beer, heat in sauce pan to boiling point, cool. 3. Add to cheese. 4. Cover and store in refrigerator. |
